Need an update on your concerns?
If you have filed your concern with us, we are happy to provide you with an update on its status. You can reach us via any of the methods listed above.
Resolution
We will attempt to resolve your concerns immediately. However, in the case of mitigating circumstances, your concern will be acknowledged within five business days. We will endeavour to provide you with a satisfactory resolution in a timely manner.
Taking it further
We hope you will be satisfied with the resolution of your concerns. However, if your concerns remain unresolved, or you have not heard from us within 45 days, you may have your complaint heard by an independent party the Credit and Investments Ombudsman (CIO).
